It includes basic features such as the intuitive point and click interface, scheduling, email alerts and knowledgebase and ticket support. With the Starter plan, users have 5,000 queries per month as a part of their plan, and the pricing starts at $199 per month.
The Standard plan is great for more difficult challenges, like dynamic sites, captchas, or authentication. It includes all the features of the Starter plan, along with interactive extractors, chained extractors, premium proxies, access to webhooks and the Import.io API. With the Standard plan, users have 20,000 queries, and the pricing starts at $599 per month.
The Advanced plan is built for extracting data at scale, with support levels for mission critical data applications. It includes all the features of the Standard plan, along with more queries, phone and chat support. With the Advanced plan, users have 50,000 queries per month and starts at $1099 per month.
What is a query you ask? A query is any input that results in a request to a web site. For instance, visiting a search results page would result in a single query for the first page and, in the case where there are multiple pages of results, an additional query for each subsequent result page you choose to visit. Screenshots, actions, and downloaded images all consume a query.
Brand new phone and chat support
Our longtime Import.io customers may have noticed a few new offerings above. We’re very proud to now support chat and phone support. We will continue to maintain our 24x7 email and ticket support offerings but will now have chat and phone support operations Monday through Friday. We’re also in the process of expanding our operations center, opening new offices in Krakow, Poland. This will provide an expedited method for getting the help you need to solve your critical business problems.
New Technical Account Manager for white glove support
We’ve also created a technical account manager service for contract customers. Your technical account manager will be your go-to resource for technical questions, data extraction strategies, onboarding support and anything else you need.
